As a Back Office Support, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and billing processes.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  • Collect, review, and audit all paperwork and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform data entry of different types of documentation associated with our client's operational processes.
  • Process invoices and clean errors on the data to proceed with billing.
  • Confirm that all changes are accurately recorded in the system.
  • Ensure communication is clear and detailed to limit delays or misunderstandings among parties.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: High School Degree is required. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or administrative related. Other studies are also considered.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience with administrative tasks, data entry, back office, customer service or any related field is preferred. Experience in logistics is also beneficial, and other experiences could also be considered.
  • Language: Good English skills. B2 or higher level is preferred.

Perks:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.
  • Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
  • Location: Only for Medellín. This position will be on-site at WeWork Santa Fe. After the first two months, it will be hybrid (2 days remote and 3 on-site).
  • Salary: $ 2' COP + Transportation Allowance ($ COP).
