  • We are looking for the sales team lead to assemble a sales team for the inDrive.
Job service in Colombia from the ground up. Hiring, development, and training. Your team will be responsible for acquiring employers that shoot and publish their vacancies in our service.

What you will do:

  • Develop strategies for the development of vacancy placement together with clients;
  • Develop together with the client photo and video content for ads;
  • Maintain effective interaction with clients aimed at longterm cooperation;
  • Stimulate an increase in the volume of purchased services and additional services;
  • Act as a strategic consultant for clients and market expert;
  • Conduct negotiations at various levels with clients in person, in chats and by phone;
  • Build customer loyalty to the company's brand;
  • Take part in marketing activities;
  • Collaborate actively with teams from other departments and other countries

What we expect from you:

  • Experience as a head of sales/sales team lead for at least 3 years in LatAm in big local enterprise companies or in international companies. Job boards / HR tech industry is a great advantage;
  • Experience in setting up CRM systems;
  • Successful experience as a key account manager (customer base will be an advantage);
  • Ability to develop longterm relationships with key clients;
  • Knows how to assess the potential of the clients and how to build a strategy for its development;
  • Has the skills to conduct negotiations and presentations with the first persons of the company;
  • Knows how to analyze the market, and companies, draw conclusions, and make forecasts in the services industry;
  • Ability to independently and quickly make decisions within the area of responsibility;
  • Always strives to achieve great results, to be the best, to grow professionally;
  • Willingness to initiate and accept changes in the work;
  • Readiness to roll up the sleeves and do the necessary job in order to kickstart the processes and acquire first clients;
  • B1+ English.
