El rol


Como
Sales Team Lead, estarás a cargo de liderar el equipo comercial que realiza las vinculaciones de nuevos comercios de forma presencial de diferentes sectores económicos.


Deberás:

  • Establecer las estrategias comerciales para brindar la mejor asesoría a clientes de manera presencial.
  • Apoyar en la activación de datafono y seguimiento a capacitación de su uso.
  • Identificar las oportunidades de mejora y ajustes en el equipo comercial.
  • Mantener y hacer seguimiento continuo a los reportes de ventas, pipelines, CRM y demás herramientas del área.
  • Planear el cronograma estratégico de capacitación y motivación para el equipo de ventas
