As a
Cloud and Baremetal Business Development Manager at EdgeUno, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and bringing new business to EdgeUno especially focusing on
Baremetal & Cloud Services.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop positive relationships with companies who are in the need of Cloud and Baremetal Services in Latin America.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing customer networks and actively seeking out and engaging with potential clients.
- Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers, working closely with internal teams.
- Increase sales through effective funnel development, pipeline management, and successful deal closures.
- Set and track sales account targets that align with company objectives.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Account Executive, with a successful track record in achieving sales targets.
- Indepth knowledge of the sales process in the telecom industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience by demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
- Solid problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, with a resourceful and creative approach.
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented, with a proactive and driven work style.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
- Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and business engagements.
