  • Te invitamos a integrarte al equipo como: Account Manager con gran experiência en Banca finanzas para el posicionamiento de core banking, desarrollo de software, fábrica de pruebas, soluciones de finanzas y/o staffing de forma remota

Tendrás la oportunidad de:

  • Desarrollar la estrategia comercial de la división, proponiendo planes de cuenta, desarrollo a largo plazo y el forecast.

Horario: de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 18:00 pm

Que buscamos

  • 5 años de experiência como: KAM, Account Manager, BDM, Sales Specialist, Ventas de TI, Sales Manager, Gerente comercial, líder comercial, Solution Specialist, Product o Service Specialist, Business Developer, ejecutivo comercial, asesor comercial.
  • Conocimiento del mercado bancario o financiero en Colombia empresas como: JP Morgan y BTG Pactual, Bancolombia, Davivienda, Banco de Bogotá, Occidente, BBVA, Colpatria, Falabella, Itaú o similares.
  • Experiência en venta y posicionamiento de servicios como: desarrollo de software, staff aumentation, IT Services, fábrica de software o testing Cloud Infraestructura; staffing y/o proyectos de core banking
  • Relacionamiento y conocimiento de ecosistema de Vendors como: Microsoft, AWS, Oracle (Flexcube), Finastra, Fiserv, temenos BackBase, etc.
  • Gran relacionamiento con decisores como: CFO, COO, VP, etc.
Manejo de cuota de 2 a 3 MDD o superior

  • Uso y aplicación de venta consultiva con manejo de metodologías como BANT; AIDA, Solution Selling, Customer Centric, Agile Sales, etc.
  • Muy adecuado manejo de estrategias de Marketing o Growth hacking para atracción de leads
  • Manejo de leads en LinkedIn, HubSpot, Xing, cámaras, congresos, asociaciones, etc. para calificación, y desarrollo de cuentas.
  • Reportes de seguimiento (semanales, mensuales y trimestrales) de leads segmentados por iniciativa (servicio o marca) y campaña. Familiarizado (a) con proceso de elaboración de pipeline y revisión de forecast. Muy Importante manejo de estadísticas, conocimiento Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Manejo de CRM (Salesforce, Sales up, Zoho, SAP, Dynamics, V-Tiger, etc.)
