- Providing field support to both customers and other field personnel
- Conducting onsite education and consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with patients, their families, and/or healthcare professionals and organizations
- Participating and developing presentations for patient meetings, conventions, forums, and meetings for the purpose of product awareness
- Sharing product information/data analysis to clinical research groups
