Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic product launch plans to maximize sales revenues, market share, and profit margins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market conditions, identify market trends, customer requirements, and competitive strategy.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic plans, including evaluation of the marketplace/competition, SWOT analysis, pricing comparisons, and communication planning.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, clinics, and education teams.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the patient pathway and buying journey process for related products.
  • Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support launch plan definition and execution.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in synergy with market stakeholders.
  • Communicate launch details to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Monitor and report on launch progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.

Main Objectives:

  • Work closely with Franchise Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Perform market research and customer needs analysis.
  • Develop product positioning statements and go-to-market strategies.
  • Communicate launch details to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Monitor and report on launch progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field, including healthcare professionals.
  • Experience in sales and marketing positions within the medical devices industry.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare system, medical devices/Pharma market, including key players, regulations, and trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with customers, key stakeholders, and industry professionals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in local language and English, verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of Program and Portfolio Management is required.
  • Strong situational awareness, coupled with facilitation, team building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills is required.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is required.
