About the Role
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by responding to product inquiries, issues, or malfunctions via various channels.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide corrective action, leveraging your product knowledge and interpersonal skills.
- Document customer information and recurring product issues to support product quality programs and development.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field
- Fluent English language skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
