Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, forecasting, and marketing of products throughout their lifecycle, emphasizing launches to optimize sales revenue, market share, and profit margins. This includes analyzing market conditions to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.
  • Formulate strategic launch plans incorporating input from stakeholders, complete with deadlines and milestones.
  • Identify and understand target audiences, ensuring clarity on market needs.
  • Comprehend the patient journey related to the product.
  • Analyze the purchasing process, recognizing buyer pain points and the influences on purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with company stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Clinics, Education) to identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for effective launch planning and execution.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic plans in synergy with stakeholders, evaluating the competitive landscape, conducting SWOT analyses, and establishing success metrics.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the market landscape and best practices for successful product launches.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding goals, timelines, deliverables, challenges, and dependencies.
  • Monitor the launch project, ensuring accountability among teams for timely task completion.

Main Objectives:

  • Collaborate closely with the Franchise Marketing Manager.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs.
  • Develop a compelling product positioning statement.
  • Work with market stakeholders to create a go-to-market strategy.
  • Communicate launch details effectively to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Regularly check in with key stakeholders to provide updates and address any inquiries.
  • Engage consistently with the product team to leverage insights that may influence marketing strategies.
  • Craft tailored launch messages for each stakeholder group (HCPs, distributors, sales teams, education, clinics, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree/MBA is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the medical devices sector.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare system and the medical devices/pharmaceutical market, including key players, regulations, and trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and industry professionals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both the local language and English, both verbal and written.
  • Adept at thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of Program and Portfolio Management is essential.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, team-building, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
