SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE JUNIOR
Buscamos personas apasionadas y con un gran espíritu por las ventas consultivas.
Tú misión será captar nuevos usuarios, por medio de seguimiento comercial, llamadas de bienvenida, y cierre de las cuentas asignadas.
Dentro de tus funciones estará:
- Lograr el agendamiento de citas con el perfil de prospectos indicados.
- Manejo de bases de datos para contactar en frio.
- Apoyar en la generación de envíos masivos por correo o contactos vía redes sociales.
- Depurar estratégicamente las bases de datos designadas y concretar citas con los clientes potenciales.
- Gestionar diariamente los seguimientos comerciales.
- Identificar prospectos y/o nuevas oportunidades de negocios y registrarlas sin excepción con la suficiente información para adelantar una gestión comercial exitosa.
- Buscar, contactar y gestionar referidos diarios a través de bases de datos en frío.
- Cumplir con los indicadores asignados por el área comercial.
¿Qué necesitamos de ti?
- Experiência mínima de un año en ventas nuevas telefónicas y ventas consultivas, venta de software servicios o productos intangibles.
- Indispensable experiência en ventas de Call center.
- Conocimiento en uso de programas de CRM como HubSpot.
- Contrato obra labor inicialmente, luego de 6 meses se evalúa el paso directo por empresa.
- Trabajo híbrido
