About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at LatamCent. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting efforts, researching potential clients, and scheduling meetings and demos for senior sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Research potential clients and tailor outreach strategies to build meaningful relationships.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales staff.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed information on prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing qualified opportunities.
  • Work closely with leadership to meet and exceed performance goals.

Requirements:

  • C2 Level English proficiency.
  • 1-2 years of experience selling into USA B2B companies.
  • Successful cold calling track record, and desire to make 100+ cold calls a day.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, Heyreach, and LinkedIn Sales Nav.
  • Passion for learning and developing a career in sales.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 USD per month + commission.
  • Contract: Full-time, 9 am- 5 pm EST.
