Job Description

NeoWork is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team in Colombia. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound sales activities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

At NeoWork, we are committed to providing innovative solutions and exceptional customer support to our clients. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

This is a part-time position offering flexibility in working hours. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to target potential clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and activity reports to inform business decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the market.
  • Work independently to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of NeoWork.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools to streamline sales activities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented to drive business growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market trends.
  • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity to work effectively.
  • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication to provide exceptional customer support.
