Como
Business Development Representative, serás responsable de generar oportunidades de ventas calificadas para el equipo de ventas del
mercado de LATAM.
Te unirás al desafío de crear soluciones de aprendizaje personalizadas que ayuden a las grandes empresas a ofrecer posibilidades de aprendizaje ilimitadas a sus empleados y otras partes interesadas.
Qué harás en ODILO:
- Investigación de mercado para identificar tendencias y calificar nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
- Identificar a los tomadores de decisiones clave y coordinar reuniones con ellos.
- Generar oportunidades de negocio a través de diferentes canales: llamadas en frío, correo electrónico, redes sociales (ser un oyente activo)
- Gestione y mantenga datos cruciales en nuestro CRM garantizando una continuidad y un seguimiento perfectos.
- Desarrollar y optimizar aún más los guiones de ventas.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con nuestros equipos de ventas y marketing para optimizar las campañas de generación de demanda.
- Preferiblemente 3 años de experiência en puestos similares y en el sector del aprendizaje, empresas de software o consultoría.
- Pensador innovador, emprendedor y con actitud positiva buscando siempre soluciones a las situaciones del día a día, sin esperar la respuesta.
- Gran dominio de la comunicación por teléfono, correo y redes sociales (LinkedIn) con partes interesadas de nível C.
- Dominio del español hablado y escrito, el inglés es un plus.
- Experiência con plataformas CRM y bases de datos.
- Gran interés en análisis, tecnologías de integración de datos y una mentalidad de resolución de problemas.
- Individuo altamente organizado con fuertes habilidades para priorizar y un enfoque de trabajo orientado a resultados.
- Saber trabajar y ser resolutivo en el manejo de objeciones.
