Summary of Position:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Join It, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, setting up meetings for the Account Executive, and helping to build a strong sales pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow their career in sales at a dynamic and fast-growing startup.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target accounts
- Use various tools and techniques to generate leads and build a strong pipeline
- Qualify leads through emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system (Pipedrive)
- Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams to help improve our processes and strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification
Requirements
- Must have 1-3 years of experience
- Familiar with CRM (Pipedrive), Google Docs Products (Google Sheets, Gmail)
- Level of English proficiency: Excellent Communication Skills
- Must have a quiet place to work from at home. Free from distractions during working hours
- Must be a detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally in teams.
