Sales Data Operations Manager

You will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing the sales processes within our organization.
Here's an overview of the key responsibilities and required skills for this position:
Sales Data Management and Analysis:
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data to provide actionable insights.
- Developing and maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales data to inform strategic decisions.
- Sales Process Optimization
- Evaluating and refining sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implementing best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
CRM Management:
- Ensuring the CRM system is uptodate and accurately reflects sales activities.
- Training sales team members on CRM usage and best practices.
- Managing CRM integrations with other tools and platforms.
Forecasting and Planning:
- Assisting in the development of sales forecasts and targets.
- Monitoring progress towards sales goals and providing regular updates to leadership.
- Supporting budget planning and resource allocation for the sales department.
Sales Support:
- Providing analytical support for sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Assisting with territory and quota management.
- Coordinating with marketing, finance, and other departments to support sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Availability to work Onsite : Bogota
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales operations manager role in BPO setting
- Availability to work holidays
