Hey We are looking for a data driven and sales analyst

You will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing the sales processes within our organization.

Here's an overview of the key responsibilities and required skills for this position:

Sales Data Management and Analysis:

  • Collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data to provide actionable insights.
  • Developing and maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Sales Process Optimization
  • Evaluating and refining sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implementing best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

CRM Management:

  • Ensuring the CRM system is uptodate and accurately reflects sales activities.
  • Training sales team members on CRM usage and best practices.
  • Managing CRM integrations with other tools and platforms.

Forecasting and Planning:

  • Assisting in the development of sales forecasts and targets.
  • Monitoring progress towards sales goals and providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Supporting budget planning and resource allocation for the sales department.

Sales Support:

  • Providing analytical support for sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assisting with territory and quota management.
  • Coordinating with marketing, finance, and other departments to support sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work Onsite : Bogota
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales operations manager role in BPO setting
  • Availability to work holidays
