Here's a breakdown of the primary duties and essential skills for this role:Responsibilities
  • Sales Data Management and Analysis: Gather, arrange, and evaluate sales data to offer actionable insights and sustain sales reports, dashboards, and identify trends, patterns, and irregularities in sales data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Assess and refine sales processes to boost efficiency and adhere to best practices, collaborating with the sales team to pinpoint bottlenecks and propose remedies.
  • CRM Management: Ensure the CRM system is current and accurately mirrors sales activities, train sales team members on CRM utilization, and explore optimal CRM integrations with other software and platforms.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Aid in formulating sales forecasts and monitoring progress towards sales targets, delivering regular updates for budget planning and resource allocation in the sales department.
  • Sales Support: Provide analytical backing for sales campaigns, territory management, and quota setting, working closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to reinforce sales objectives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Sales Operations Analyst in a BPO environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and adept at extracting insights from intricate datasets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Excel, familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Communication: Strong oral and written communication abilities for reporting and collaborative purposes.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in data and process management to ensure precision and dependability.
  • Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and devising effective solutions.
  • Project Management: Skilled in handling multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.
