Global Learning Vendor Management Sr. Specialist to be in
Colombia, Mexico or Brazil .

Purpose:

The Global Learning Vendor Management Sr.

Specialist will be responsible for managing complex J&J Learn Vendor Performance, providing support in R2P and PO management to JJ Learn and Business stakeholders, and conducting Global Translation Project Management support.

Act as a point of contact and a Subject Matter Authority for vendor management support. This role will maintain confidentiality and operate with poise and integrity in a complex, high-profile, and constantly evolving environment.
This role will be based in Bogota (onsite), Col, Mexico or Brasil (remotely)

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage and review JJ Learn Vendor SLAs by leveraging course evaluations and training metrics reports provided by JJ Learn reporting and JJ Learn teams to ensure vendors are meeting SLAs
  • Gather JJ Learn vendor service requirements to deliver highquality learning programs and experiences
  • Identify and source learning vendor resources in eMP/Aggregator and conduct market analysis to determine eligible vendors and suppliers for learning programs and tools
  • Conduct periodic vendor review meetings to monitor progress, process improvements, and satisfactory delivery of SLAs
  • Lead annually the review and update of Global Learning Vendor DTP (desktop procedures) in partnership with Global Learning Specialist
  • Conduct training/onboarding for vendor management specialists in new Learning Vendor Processes
  • Engage in continuous improvement work related to vendor management services and provide support to implement these initiatives by highlighting and discussing key programs with management
  • Manage Pos in emarketplace as needed and approve invoices for payment in eMP/Aggregator
  • Act as Program owner for Global Translation projects, including the creation and/or maintenance of operational guides and related standard practices.
  • Ensure highquality, efficient delivery of J&J Learn vendor services across the globe

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • A master degree is a plus.
  • Knowledge in project management is a plus.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years of related business experience is required.
  • High English proficiency
  • Experiences with managing vendor resources, contracts and management of vendor SLAs.
  • This is not a sourcing/procurement role.
  • Demonstrated understanding how work and local activities integrate with other HR functional work and in alignment with HR standards.
  • Experience in the development and reporting of analytics to manage performance and drive databased decisions for the organization is required.
  • Uses a collaborative and employee and customerfocused mindset
  • Understand shortterm and longterm implications of decisions and actions
  • Basic understanding of business, financial and organizational factors in relation to HR activities
  • Collaborative and employee and customerfocused attitudes are required.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Discretion, professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment are required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, selfdirected teambased environment is required.
  • Being creative and digital follower is a plus.
  • Interested on AI, Digital agile way of working.
  • POWER BI and POWER AUTOMATED knowledge is a plus.
