SR ACCOUNT MANAGER


The Senior Account Manager will manage the relationship between the client, vendor, and suppliers and will be responsible for executing projects throughout all aspects of planning and production.

The role will identify and implement new production opportunities for the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a team leader the manager will be responsible on leading every effort of the team (manager, coordinator, and Specialist) to accomplish monthly sales account budget.
  • Manage enterprise account(s) and work collaboratively with all parties to manage client related operation and distribution activities.
  • Strong leadership skills managing and mentoring multiple categories such as: BTL, Display, Premium and print.
  • Implement overall account structure and partner with operations Management to build a highquality, professional, and profitable account team to support contractual requirements.
  • Manage business and client expectations and proactively engage the customer to ensure that their needs and contractual obligations are being met.
  • Vital link between clients, production team, business analysts, and suppliers; ensure each has the crucial information necessary for ensuring all terms of the contract and customer engagement are delivered flawlessly.
  • Develop a work environment where an onsite operations team understands both company and client expectations and works together to support each other and shared organizational goal.
  • Provide strategic guidance to sourcing table to optimize bidding and production processes; continuously develop and implement SOP improvements; ensure that SOPs are being followed by production team.
  • Analyze job revenue, cost and profitability, as well as quarterly and yearly analysis.
  • Ensure contract obligations are being met by both HH global and the client; develop Quarterly Business Reviews to present to Client and management on status of the account.
  • Ensure that baselines are properly developed, applied, and maintained.
  • Responsible for staffing decisions, including interviewing, hiring, mentoring, and performance management; potentially manage staff in multiple locations.
  • Ensure that account is properly resourced and season peaks are anticipated and staffed appropriately; utilize IWs production resources to meet the client's needs as necessary.
  • Collect, review, and organize job requirements and provide strategic guidance to optimize bidding and production processes.
  • Build successful partnerships with client business leads and key decision makers to increase and expand revenue opportunities by identifying production solutions, opportunities for additional work evaluating current spend and developing and managing relationships with the client's end user groups.
  • Responsible for managing, planning, and supporting client sales related activities; develop and implement strategies to generate incremental revenue and margin.
  • Consistently excel at in collaborating with sourcing and contract negotiation with new and existing suppliers to continually drive down costs and deliver process efficiencies for the client to continually improve margin and profitability on all jobs.
  • Analyze job revenue, cost, and profitability by job and/or project, as well as quarterly and yearly analysis; prepare Quarterly Business Reviews to present to the client and IW management.
  • Domestic travel as required to participate in internal, client and vendor meetings and market checks.
  • Consistently exceed client expectations and ensure operations team is providing superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 57 years managing Agencies or Marketing Procurement or client environments and handson production experience.
  • Strong ethical values + Strong passion and purpose + Longterm vision
  • Management experience, including employee development and mentoring.
  • Strong Leadership, effective communication and consultative selling skills combined with technical knowledge.
  • Agency background or Marketing or Procurement professional, with knowledge of developing strategic projects. Background in managing complex projects and highcapacity performance.
  • Excellent result of analytic knowledge, writing, budgeting, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven management experience, to include employee development and mentoring.
  • Fluent in English is required
