Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage open deals (leads).
  • Qualify new customers through outbound calls.
  • Engage leads via inbound calls, emails, and texts.
  • Guide leads through the sales cycle, ensuring seamless progression and follow-up.
  • Maintain CRM database integrity and utilize relevant tools.
  • Drive revenue growth by effectively closing deals.
  • Adhere to established sales structures, report system failures promptly, and foster new relationships.

What you'll bring

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1).
  • Full-time availability, this is a 100% in-office position in Bogotá, COL. (Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Fridays 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
  • Commitment to achieving goals and continuous skill development.
  • Fund a minimum of two deals per month.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
