Position:
Project Supervisor Jr

Location:
Hybrid (Monday to Friday)

Key Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Desirable)
  • Proven previous experience in supervision or team management positions within the BPO industry, specifically as a Senior Supervisor or Jr Operations Manager.
  • Desirable certifications in Scrum Master or agile methodologies.
  • 1 year of experience in operational BPO
  • Proficiency in English (B2+ / C1 level).
  • Advanced level of Excel and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Supervisor Jr, you will work closely with our project manager to ensure successful project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Create project objectives and schedules under the guidance of the senior project manager.
  • Delegate tasks and allocate resources to meet project milestones.
  • Monitor and document project progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Report project results to clients and management.
  • Assist the senior project manager with clerical tasks as needed.
