Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for executing test plans, identifying problems and their causes, and ensuring the quality of our digital products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute different scenarios and testing procedures to identify defects and ensure the quality of our digital products.
  • Implement the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support testing and quality assurance efforts.
  • Document defects and issues through our project tracking software, following established methodologies and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
  • Develop a culture of quality and results-driven delivery, with a focus on on-time and high-quality deliveries.
  • Encourage teamwork and open communication within and outside the quality assurance team.
  • Escalate issues and problems to the QA Specialist and QA Supervisor as needed.
  • Be open to varied work assignments and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to the definition of fundamental aspects for the execution of the QA task.
  • Attend retrospective meetings and share experiences and work collaboratively on different points of improvement.
  • Proactively propose changes in work processes to improve productivity.
  • Participate in different training courses to acquire cross-project/technology skills.
  • Participate in DE&I actions proposed by the company.

Requirements

  • Preferably, student or graduate of careers linked to the business, such as Informatic Systems, Systems Engineer, Degree in Communication, Graphic or Multimedia Designer, Marketing, Advertisement or related.
  • Computer Skills: Advanced management of Windows, Mac, Android and iOS, MS Office and Adobe packages, web browsers, mobile apps and online communication tools.
  • Preferably, some knowledge in project tracker tools (Ex., JIRA).
  • Preferably, some knowledge in the use of repositories and version managers (Ex. SVN, GIT).
  • Preferably, some knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Preferably, knowledge in testing methodologies.
  • Advanced level of written and oral English.
