Control Risks is seeking a highly skilled Research Supervisor to oversee and guide our team of researchers in producing high-quality due diligence reports. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of open-source intelligence and public record research, experience in writing and reviewing due diligence reports, and excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the quality of VANTAGE work, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communicate directly with clients to clarify project scope, address questions, and suggest potential additional research avenues.
  • Review and approve VANTAGE work, ensuring projects meet client specifications and are of high quality.
  • Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to global delivery standards.
  • Engage with colleagues in the Business Intelligence team to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience in writing, researching, and reviewing/editing due diligence reports.
  • Experience in managing projects, particularly with teams spread across multiple locations.
  • Strong knowledge of research techniques, databases, networks, online registers, and archives.
  • Ability to influence people across an organization without direct reporting lines.
  • Proven ability to meet project deadlines.
