Este puesto Diseñara propuestas para mejorar y crear políticas relacionadas con las actividades de control migratorio de los negocios entrantes de la empresa y nuestras filiales, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente en materia de migración en el país de destino.

Esta persona gestionará nuestro actual proceso de movilidad y ayudará a analizar las tendencias del mercado, realizar cambios en las ofertas, mantener el cumplimiento de todos los requisitos legales y proponer mejoras en los procesos para ayudar a Jane Street a desenvolverse mejor en el complejo entorno global.


Será el principal punto de contacto para los empleados y los proveedores relacionados, incluidos los abogados, los asesores fiscales y los proveedores de servicios de reubicación para cualquier solicitud y transferencias internacionales a los EE.UU, India y LATAM.


Funciones del cargo

  • Revisar los procesos y prácticas actuales de inmigración y adaptarlos a escala mundial.
  • Asociarse con los líderes empresariales para comprender los objetivos de expansión y el impacto en la movilidad y contratación de empleados.
  • Elaborar una estrategia para garantizar que la empresa pueda cumplir sus objetivos comerciales de forma eficaz y conforme a la normativa.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Cumplimiento Legal de Inmigración en el diseño de programas, auditorías de cumplimiento y selección de proveedores externos.
  • Supervisar todos los aspectos de las operaciones de inmigración estadounidenses e internacionales. Esto incluye los procesos gestionados internamente, así como las actividades subcontratadas pertinentes.
  • Para los empleados actuales, colaborar con RR.HH., la empresa, la reubicación, los viajes corporativos y los impuestos para diseñar experiências de alta calidad que cumplan las normas.
