Position Overview: Your Role in the Legal Framework

As an Immigration Attorney, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in immigration proceedings, advocating before relevant authorities, preparing essential legal documents, and offering strategic guidance. You will work alongside a dedicated team, ensuring thorough client support while managing complex cases with sensitivity and accuracy.

Employment type: Indefinite term contract
Shift: MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
Work setup: Remote

Key Responsibilities: Your Contributions

  • Act as the attorney of record in immigration court, representing clients effectively.
  • Advocate for clients in proceedings before immigration authorities.
  • Draft legal documents, including petitions, applications, and briefs.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide informed counsel on immigration issues.
  • Develop and execute strategies for case management and representation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support for clients.


Qualifications: Your Legal Expertise

Essential Qualifications: Your Legal Skillset

  • English Proficiency: C1-C2 (Exceptional communication abilities).
  • Licensure: Must be a licensed attorney in the U.S. Preference for candidates licensed in specific states, though not mandatory.
  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and another language. Fluency in English is crucial.
  • Experience: Previous experience in immigration law is advantageous but not required. We are open to training the right candidate.
  • Skills: Strong abilities in litigation, research, and writing. Proven capacity to manage complex cases and advocate effectively.
  • Attributes: Compassionate, driven, and dedicated to delivering high-quality legal services.
  • Education: Juris Doctor degree.
  • Preferred: Licensure in specific states is a plus.
