As a key member of our global consulting firm, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients tackle the challenge of the low carbon energy transition.

About the Service Area

Our Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change service area helps clients integrate sustainability and climate change into the fabric of their organizations to unlock business value. We combine proven processes and systems with advanced technology and experienced professionals to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support client projects and business development in the field of sustainability and low carbon economy transition.
  • Help clients across the financial and corporate sectors solve challenges in ESG, sustainability strategy development and execution, sustainability ambition and target setting, sustainable finance, low carbon economy transition, climate change, performance and impact measurement and sustainability reporting.
  • Provide recommendations to improve sustainability performance and develop trainings and tools to implement the recommendations.
  • Prepare client reports and presentations and support the team with developing client-ready proposals and preparing sales pitches.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate sustainability, sustainability & climate change management, sustainable finance and/or ESG data & analytics context.
  • Experience in strategy and/or management consulting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and report writing skills.
  • Excellent advisory and business development skills.
  • Master's or PhD degree in business, economics, finance, environmental science or similar is desirable.
  • Hands-on and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in an international collaborative team environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken/written).
