Job Overview: Your Role in Our Legal Framework
Join our team as an Immigration Attorney, where you will represent clients in immigration proceedings, advocate before relevant authorities, prepare essential legal documents, and provide strategic guidance. You will work alongside a committed team, ensuring thorough client support while managing complex cases with care and accuracy.
Shift: MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
Work setup: Remote
Responsibilities: Your Role in Client Advocacy
- Act as the attorney of record in immigration court for clients.
- Advocate for clients in proceedings before immigration authorities.
- Draft legal documents, including petitions, applications, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and offer counsel on immigration issues.
- Develop and execute strategies for case management and representation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive client assistance.
Requirements
Qualifications Needed: Your Legal Expertise
- English Level: C1-C2 (Exceptional communication skills).
- Licensure: U.S. licensed attorney. Preference for candidates licensed in Florida or California, but not mandatory.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English and another language. Proficiency in reading and speaking English is crucial.
- Experience: Previous experience in immigration law is preferred but not essential. We are open to training the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong litigation, research, and writing capabilities. Proven ability to manage complex cases and advocate effectively.
- Attributes: Compassionate, driven, and dedicated to delivering high-quality legal services.
- Education: Juris Doctor degree.
- Plus: Licensed in Florida or California is advantageous.
