Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Global Integration Service Consultant to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our Global Integration Service team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients on HCM integration with their HR system of record.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring seamless integration of HCM with their HR system of record.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of HCM integration, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Global Alignment: Collaborate with Global Integration Architects to ensure global alignment and consistency across regions.
  • Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution for our clients.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with new integration features and technologies.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including Global Integration Architects, local application support teams, and other technical teams.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HCM integration, SAP, and other relevant technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to resolve complex integration issues.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with global teams, including Global Integration Architects, local application support teams, and other technical teams.
