Dirigir la identificación, planeación y desarrollo de proyectos transformacionales de innovación, capitalizando grandes oportunidades de negocio basadas en necesidades de los consumidores y tendencias de mercado que permitan alcanzar la ambición de compañía en el mediano y largo plazo revolucionando el consumo de bebidas inspirando el futuro de la socialización en el mercado.


Requisitos:

  • Formación:
rofesional Universtario preferiblemente en Administración, Ingeniería, Mercadeo, Economía. Idealmente con estudios de Post Grado. Bilingüe Español-ingles.

  • Experiência:
Más de +7 años de experiência en areas de Mercadeo / Innovación en compañías de consumo masivo. Manejo de portafolio de productos (categoría). Experiência en manejo de proyectos (PMO / metodologías ágiles, etc) Experiência en Innovación de productos o nuevos negocios.

Experiência en liderazgo de proyectos que requieran equipos multifuncionales (supply, finanzas, ventas, mkting). Idealmente con alguna experiência en cervezas y/o empresas con alto manejo de procesos de innovación.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar proyectos de innovación, identificando & dirigiendo nuevas oportunidades de negocio y consumidor generando grandes transformaciones e involucrando a las decisores claves (internos y externos). Esto incluye definición de territorios, conceptos de marca/proyecto, definición para el desarrollo del líquido, empaque, growth drivers y planes de lanzamiento 360 (capacidad de liderar el pensamiento para consumidor y comprador, viendo todo el consumer journey).
  • Dirigir portafolio de productos recientemente lanzados. Establecer la estrategia y definir de growth drivers para una excelente ejecución. Esto incluye manejo correcto de pipeline, desarrollo de planes de marca, manejo de P&L y generación de insights de consumidor y shopper para movilizar los planes.
  • Desarrollar nuevos modelos de negocio para innovaciones considerando aspectos e implicaciones claves en todas las áreas: supply, comercial, legal/regulatorias, económicas, financieras. Capacidad de desarrollar planes de learning para determinar de forma agil la evolución de los proyectos, definiendo KPI ́s claves, metodología, proceso de medición y evaluación de resultados para definir cuando continuar o no con una idea y/o proyecto.
