Actualmente estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Sales Operations Specialist, serás responsable de recopilar, analizar y generar informes sobre datos de ventas, administrar y mantener los sistemas y herramientas utilizados en el proceso de ventas y evaluar y mejorar continuamente los procesos y flujos de trabajo de ventas para aumentar la eficiencia y la productividad.


Responsabilidades

  • Garantizar la consolidación, calidad y disponibilidad de las fuentes de datos utilizadas para la toma de decisiones del equipo comercial.
  • A cargo de la medición de la cadena de ventas y creación de KPIs y OKRs para controlar el desempeño y evaluar mejoras en el área.
  • Crear reportes para el seguimiento de los diferentes stakeholders en relación a las métricas relevantes para su área.
  • Colaborar con el análisis y la definición de la estrategia comercial, analizando e identificando posibles riesgos y oportunidades para la consecución de objetivos de ventas.
  • Apoyar en la definición y control de procesos comerciales y buenas prácticas para la operación.
  • Ejecutar el cálculo de los planes de compensación variable del área comercial.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en carreras Administrativas, Ingeniería Industrial o relacionados (No excluyente).
  • Experiência de 3 años en roles similares
  • Conocimientos en Python, SQL, Power BI o Data Studio y Excel avanzado.
  • Experiência en AWS Y CRM Hubspot o Salesforce
