Payroll Operations Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for processing and managing end-to-end payroll for a diverse employee base using ADP EV5.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and guidelines.
- Manage payroll-related data from Company internal applications interfaces into the payroll system before payroll deadline.
- Document and maintain global process blueprints, procedures, including local exceptions and changes.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy within the payroll system.
- Provide assistance to team members and business partners as a payroll subject matter expert.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience processing payroll for US.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/HR/Industrial engineering is a plus.
- English fluency required.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus completion within 1 year of hire.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, show independence, adaptability and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy with strong attention to detail.
