Working out of our Bogota office in Colombia, we are looking for our next Cash Application Clerk.
You will be responsible for receiving, posting, and reconciling payments in a timely manner.
CASH APPLICATION CLERKWhat the Job Entails:
Post payments timely to accounts in accordance with company processIdentify overpayments and refundsReconcile and balance payment batches dailyResearch unapplied/unidentified payments Contact customers to retrieve remittance detailsIdentify issues and escalate accordinglyWork in tandem with the accounts receivable team
What We Are Looking For:
Two or more years' experience preferredProficient with computers and Microsoft OfficeSAGE experience is an assetDetail oriented, excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-taskCommunicating in English an asset This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.
