We are seeking a highly skilled Order to Cash expert to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the end-to-end sales and service process for our global customers.
Key Responsibilities- Support functional design validation workshops to identify risks and provide recommendations for optimizing business processes, system automation, and system landscape.
- Collaborate with customers to implement best practices for business processes, improve customer productivity, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct deep root cause analysis with technical and programming skills to provide solutions and deliver services in complex environments.
- Support critical customer escalations and drive critical issues to resolution.
- Minimum 2 years of industry and SAP product experience in SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash or SAP ECC SD Module.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA SD customizing and/or development tasks is a must.
- Hands-on experience with SAP DRC (e-Documents) for Latin America Localization topics.
- End-to-end business process know-how with product knowledge in S/4HANA Order to Cash, Sales, or Service.
- Good communication and presentation skills to convince customers and other stakeholders based on facts.
- Willingness to travel 30% in the All Americas Region.
- Quick learner with strong analytical and logical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Computer Science, or engineering.
- Functional/technical knowledge in Advanced Variant Configuration, Advanced Return Management, Advanced Available-to-Promise, Direct-to-Store Delivery, or Last Mile Distribution.
- Understanding of programming, including BTP-based development/solution extension, OTC data model, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- English - Mandatory proficient spoken and written.
- Spanish - Mandatory.
- Portuguese - Optional.
