We are looking for a Claims Specialist to join our team As a Claims Specialist, you will focus on recovering refunds, revenue, and fees that will drive results for the business.
How you will achieve success:
- Responsible for filing claims to recover Refunds, Revenue, and Fees.
- Responsible for the overall health of assigned tasks. It is your job to ensure your tasks get done to 100% quality and completion, while also working across the team with the intent of optimizing, eliminating time waste, and process improvement to effectively scale with growth.
- Collaborate across departments with stakeholders and external marketplace claims teams to progress our claims processes and resolve challenges to reimbursement.
- Serve as the point person and owner for solving any issues, questions, or new processes created from reconciliation.
What experience will help you in this role:
- Excel proficiency.
- Selfidentify opportunities: identify opportunities for the business to improve and drive results, independently.
- Strong attention to detail: data is precise, so you must be vigilant in your analysis to reach the correct conclusions.

Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
