We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Specialist to join our GBS team at Adidas. As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing claims and invoice management activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims and invoice management activities, including billing transmission, billing error resolution, and monitoring billing due lists.
- Communicate with customers via various channels, providing information related to claims and billing.
