Funciones:
- Apoyar con la trasmisión de los reportes regulatorios correspondientes al SARLAFT dentro de los plazos establecidos normativamente por los entes de control.
- Apoyar con las peticiones regulatorias recurrentes y evaluaciones y de entes de control relacionadas con el desarrollo propio de la función de Control Interno y Cumplimiento.
- Apoyar el desarrollo efectivo, eficiente y oportuno funcionamiento de las etapas que conforman el SARLAFT.
- Apoyar el seguimiento de la gestión del riesgo operacional, así como de los controles establecidos para SARLAFT, evaluando el cumplimiento y funcionamiento de los mismos, con el fin de identificar debilidades y reportarlas en los comités respectivos.
- Apoyar en la preparación de los informes respectivos sobre la ejecución del modelo de control y del Modelo de Cumplimiento a CIRO País, Oficial de Cumplimiento País, Especialistas de Control y Junta Directiva.
- Colaborar con la adecuada gestión de todos los riesgos en los procesos de su área en cumplimiento de la metodología de control definida.
- Contribuir a la adecuada recogida de eventos, control metodológico, conciliación y quality control al registro de pérdidas, como también efectuar seguimiento al apetito de riesgo operacional.
- Seguir los indicadores corporativos y locales definidos para la gestión de riesgos no financieros.
Formación Académica:
Profesional egresado (a) en Economía, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial,
Contaduría Pública, Carreras afines, con excelentes relaciones interpersonales a todo nível, comunicación verbal y escrita.
Experiência
Mínima de 2 años en riesgo operacional, haber ocupado está posición o similar.
Habilidades, conocimiento y competencias:
- Excelentes capacidades de organización y liderazgo
- Trabajo en Equipo
- Excepcionales habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales
- Nível medio en excel (formulas, tabla dinámicas)
- Manejo de bases de datos
