  1. Contractual Drafting and Review: Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, software licenses, and data processing agreements.

  3. Amendments and Extensions: Amend and extend existing agreements as needed.
  4. Legal Advice: Provide day-to-day legal advice on legal matters related to the operation of the company.

  8. Compliance Coordination: Coordinate compliance in relation to products, strategies, and operational processes and procedures, working with partners and management.
  9. Legal Compliance Program: Support the development and implementation of an effective legal compliance program.
  10. Policies and Controls: Provide support for the implementation of policies and controls.
  11. Licensing and Reporting: Provide support on the monitoring of license obligations and mandatory reports to the authorities.
  12. AML Monitoring: Provide support on the AML monitoring and mandatory reports.
  13. Regulatory Liaison: Monitor the regulator's requirements and liaise with different departments to provide answers to the regulator.
  14. Compliance Risk Assessment: Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses and evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk.
  15. Audit Support: Collaborate with external and internal auditors when needed.
  16. Crisis Management: Support on the implementation of plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
  17. Employee Training: Train employees on regulations and industry practices. Address employee concerns or questions on compliance.
  18. Portfolio Enhancement: Support the Compliance team with different processes to enhance the portfolio of games.
  19. License Applications: Support on the license application process.
Requirements
  • Sports and Online Gambling Knowledge: Advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Education: Law Degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience working in legal/compliance/regulatory/auditing function. Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams.
  • Skills: Experience conducting investigations and/or auditing using computer systems. Experience of working with regulators, external auditors, and inspectors. Experience of interpreting and applying legislation or regulation within a company context. Experience in compiling information for regulatory returns.
  • Personal Qualities: Motivated, hardworking, able to manage self and other tasks to meet required deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable, and Intercom.
