Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Preferably a college degree
  • Minimum 2+ years of team leadership in BPO/Call Center/Customer Service
  • Understanding of call center operations and customer service environment
  • Effective communication across all levels
  • Detail-oriented, high-energy, and dependable

  • Flexible with schedule and responsibilities
