Position Summary


The KLG Admission Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-today operation of the admissions team based in Colombia.

In addition, he/she will ensure that information to and from customers is communicated effectively (and to the rest of the organization when applicable) and to keep the admission staff updated regarding changes on policies, procedures, products, and services.

KLG Admission Manager will ensure the best possible service is always passed on to our internal and external customers and to provide input on customer service issues at a strategic planning level.


Key job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead and manage the admission team based in Bogota.
  • Review the team's KPIs monthly. The Admission Manager will be responsible of maintain, create, change, adjust or update any KIPs if it is needed to obtain the highest level of motivation in the team.
  • Supervise and mentor TLs when performing 1 on 1 meeting.
  • Work in closed collaboration with TLs, the admission director, and other stakeholders to establish a monthly, quarterly, and year target on revenue arrived.
  • Set weekly 1 on 1 meeting with TLs to team KPIs.
  • Manage team holidays by measuring the workload by seasonality.
  • The Admission Manager will be responsible to create a stable and healthy work environment, making sure that everyone in the team fulfills our nondiscrimination and inclusion policies.
  • Attend twice a week to management meeting in which he/she will be responsible for feedback other pears about admission team performance, this include but not limited to arrive weeks & revenue vs target, pipeline, split by destination and markets performance.
  • Responsible for organizing and delivering training to current staff and new team members.
  • Attend and represent the team in global discussion about admission when is require.
  • Continually look for ways to improve service, response times and quality of information
  • The admission manager will be responsible for supporting the team when handling difficult situations with internal or external clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure consistency in our sales pitch is aligned with postsales student journey.
  • Support in ensuring budget targets and company goals are met by directly and indirectly managing and overseeing the Customer Service Department's budget and finances; work closely with accounts.
  • Provide operational support to management.
  • The admission manager should be or should become an expert in salesforce lightning.
  • The Admission Manager will be responsible for maintaining, creating and updating different reports in Salesforces Lighting.
  • Develop enrolment reports, monitor arrivals and departures as well as cancellations and terminations.
  • The admission manager should understand our different report systems: CLASS, XLR, PowerBI.
  • Analyze and understand markets trends.
  • Monitor No-Shows and arrival weekly.
  • Maintain up to date the admission and sales team about VISA requirements and processes.
  • Work together with the Operations and Compliance managers to ensure that developed processes are consistent and meet compliance requirements.
  • Organize predeparture meeting and visa info meeting.
  • Available in case of emergencies
  • Other duties as assigned.
