Job Description:


The Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing management in Colombia through plans, strategies and activities, all of which contribute to the positioning and brand recognition in the market.


Other responsibilities include ensuring the Skechers DNA, as established by Skechers Corporate, is exported to Skechers Colombia, and executed in a relatable manner.


The Marketing Manager will be in charge of all Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Media, Public Relations, Digital Strategies, Content for Social Networks, Brand Ambassadors' team, Events and third-party marketing strategies, as well as managing marketing for Company-owned stores.

Marketing and Media plans and goals should be executed by the Marketing Manager and the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager
  • Proven experience in people management and development
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Experience working with global brand and functional understanding working in a branded environment
  • Any analytics or digital marketing certification a strong plus
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of budget management and planning
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of analytics and ROI
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or similar. Master's degree in Marketing or Communication
  • Fluent in English with solid writing and oral skills
  • Must possess excellent computer skills including MS-Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop
