DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop a network of specialized Linguists in alignment with the company strategic goals.
Maintain excellent and effective relationship with linguists in the network Test resources, negotiate rates, set up onboarding sessions, and maintain relevant performance metrics.
Ensure every recruited linguist brings domain knowledge, top quality, maximum compliance to the company standards, and adequate cost Develop a culture of continued improvement, drive change, challenge the status quo and always lead linguist relationships to achieve beyond expectations.
Resolve and escalate recruitment and linguist issues in a professional and timely fashion.Record and document performance, internal projects, and other relevant activities. Produce, distribute, and present report/presentation materials to Management areas.
Maintain excellent relationships and ensure successful collaboration with internal/external clients/stakeholders and manage any escalations or issues that may arise effectively Comply with relevant and applicable quality standards Work closely with other members of our staff and contribute actively to other strategic initiatives as needed.
Work with Project managers to identify resource gaps as well as anticipate the recruitment of new resources in line with project assignments and business objectives Act as a link between team leaders, project managers and linguists.
Be the financial point of contact for linguists to manage cost reports and funnel cost-related feedback.-
