About Us:

We are a rapidly expanding company seeking a motivated, professional, and diligent Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This position plays a key role in identifying and engaging with top-tier talent across IT, sales, and managerial roles.

Responsibilities:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; experience in recruiting for IT, sales, and managerial roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competencybased, stress, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other Human Resource Management software.
  • Fluency in English is a must; additional language skills are a plus.
