The Role

  • Senior Associate, Software Engineering

  • Your Role and Responsibilities:
  • Generate and maintain continuous integration and delivery repositories
  • Generate and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines
  • Guarantee the automated infrastructure and provisioning of the platform
  • Integrate security as code with DevOps
  • Enable dashboards/reports that are built into the tools or provided by the project
  • Management of the life cycle of the tools: version management as needed
  • Recommend changes to maintain agreed levels of performance of DevOps tools
  • Support and resolve all incidents related to DevOps, updating incident information, tracking incidents until resolution and closure
  • Integration of tests (test plans) in pipelines of integration and continuous delivery
  • Generate and maintain artifacts for continuous integration and delivery
  • Document continuous integration and delivery processes
  • Define together with the Client and document DevOps metrics such as: delivery times, implementation frequency, change failure rate, average recovery time
  • Provide support to the client's development team for the integration of observability tools in the code
  • Provide support to the internal cloud administration team in the management of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools
  • Make use of good software development practices such as Clean Code, SOLID, TDD (Test Driven Development), Twelvefactor app methodology.
  • Participate in Agile team ceremonies
  • Participate in customer management calls
  • Interface with other teams that will have dependencies on the tools in resolving scope issues
