Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Associate to join our Client Success team. As a Senior Program Associate, you will play a key role in supporting client engagements and driving innovation in the federal market.

Responsibilities:

  • Support federal client engagements across the US government
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of trainings, workshops, and client advisory work
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government leaders and stakeholders
  • Research and analyze federal legislation, policy, and agency documentation
  • Identify and recommend emerging technology solutions

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in government or a related field
  • Prior experience delivering client-facing client work and developing effective communications collateral
  • Strong interest and exposure to government finance and budgeting, processes re-engineering, organizational design, policy, government culture-change, data analytics/visualization, and/or communications materials
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet client deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
