Are you an inspirational leader who sees the opportunity in any situation? Are you passionate about travel and technology and developing lasting relationships in the industry?

What you'll do:

  • Lead a team responsible for the account management, strategy implementation, and planning within South America
  • Leading our teams in Buenos Aires, Santiago, Lima and Bogota Knowledge of Spanish and the region are a must
  • Develop the business in South America, developing and coaching the Market Management team, designing, and implementing strategies to reach our KPIs, including implementation of internal business initiatives, and improving process efficiencies in addition to developing and sustaining strong hotel partner relationships within the assigned area
  • Drive key activities that support Expedia's revenue goals and strategic objectives
- day to day management of the team within South America and to champion and advocate internally for our domestic markets with the Brands and Merchandising teams

Who you are:

  • 610 years' relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality, Tourism or Business Administration is a plus but not required
% of travel might be required for market visits

  • Drive for Results
