**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Account Director** to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing global trafficking for multiple clients, ensuring best-in-class service delivery in all markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Traffic Management**: Oversee and manage global trafficking for multiple clients, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • **Process Optimization**: Establish and refine processes to ensure flawless execution by operational teams, centralizing and streamlining where possible.
  • **Data Management and Reporting**: Lead the development and deployment of data management and reporting solutions, working closely with analytics teams to ensure data is easily integrated into internal and/or outsourced tools and systems.
  • **Technology Partnerships**: Oversee the deployment of digital technology solutions and partnerships, ensuring teams are effectively using current tools and systems through training and best practice establishment.
  • **Consultation**: Represent client needs within the marketplace, identifying opportunities to create new value for the agency and our clients.

**Requirements**

  • **Strong Excel Skills**: Proficiency in Excel is essential for data analysis and visualization.
  • **Digital Marketing Experience**: Experience with DCM and Social (Facebook Biz Manager, Twitter, etc.) is required.
  • **Media Campaign Reporting**: Ability to report on media campaigns and tell a comprehensive story using media data.
  • **Data Visualization**: Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Excel and PPT, is a plus.
