We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Insider. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for driving renewal, creating expansion and MRR Raise opportunities, and managing high-level stakeholders across all account bases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Renewal and Expansion
    • Drive renewal and create expansion opportunities to increase MRR
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer lifetime value
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Manage high-level stakeholders across all account bases
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Contract Negotiations
    • Negotiate contract terms, including price and renewal terms
    • Ensure timely and successful contract renewals

    • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs and goals

  • Customer Success
    • Ensure customer success and satisfaction across all account bases

Requirements
  • Education
    • University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales, ideally in SaaS
  • Skills
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Strategic thinking and project management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
