The Role
As a Statistician Network Manager, you will ultimately be responsible to ensure consistent levels of performance, excellent levels of compliance with respect to procedures, and successful delivery of the targeted sports coverage across the respective region. You will be leading a team of Regional Managers and ensuring a consistently high level of delivery across all respective regions.
Main Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and processes across all respective regions. Oversee statistician network recruitment planning and availability for upcoming sports coverage (incl. one-off tournaments). Ensure overall network delivery with respect to established KPIs (i.e., coverage, data quality, compliance, etc.). Ensure budget compliance with respect to travel, match tickets, and other expenses incurred by statisticians. On an ad hoc basis, oversee and manage scout spotting related activities. Participate in meetings with external clients and commercial stakeholders. Execute one-off tasks assigned by the Head of Statistician Network Operations. Oversee the successful execution of the accreditation process across all respective regions. Cooperate with key operations stakeholders in cases when there is information needed, area of improvement, or ongoing investigation. Provide continuous coaching and leadership to direct reports. Facilitate their personal and professional development. Provide ideas and assistance for communication and content creation towards the Statistician Network. Requirements
