- Experience: Extensive experience as an Operations Manager, Design Manager, or a similar role within the architectural or electrical design field.
- Design Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of architectural and electrical design principles, practices, and relevant software.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Project Management: Strong project management capabilities, with experience in handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
