Position Overview:

The Outbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to engage our extensive client base, presenting compelling membership offers, and addressing any plumbing-related needs. This role involves educating customers on services and benefits, guiding leads through the sales pipeline, and collaborating closely with the sales team to exceed targets. The ideal candidate is a proactive and fluent English speaker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in previous roles. They are adept at utilizing CRM software, thrive in a remote work environment, and possess exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to engage our extensive client base.
  • Present compelling membership offers and address any plumbing-related needs.
  • Educate customers on services and benefits to drive sales.
  • Guide leads through the sales pipeline, from initial outreach to successful closure.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to exceed targets and achieve collective goals.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Deliver post-sales support and follow-up to ensure unwavering customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously explore avenues for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, product enhancements, and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent proficiency in the English language.
  • Proficient in Google, Slack, CRM (ServiceTitan)
  • Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets in previous roles.
  • Exceptional aptitude for customer service and satisfaction.
  • Superlative verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
  • Previous experience in a commission-based sales capacity is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and customer requirements.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Gusto countries and currencies compliance.
  • Knowledge of the plumbing or related industry is advantageous.
