Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Cold Caller to join our team at BruntWork.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday to Saturday, with flexible hours during client business hours (Ottawa, CA Time).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make approximately 200 outbound calls per day to leads generated from online applications, qualifying leads and identifying potential customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.
  • Transfer interested customers to on-site dealership salesmen in Canada, handling occasional inbound calls from potential customers.
  • Use the company's VoIP system to manage all calls efficiently, maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian market and culture is preferred, with the ability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Strong listening skills and ability to qualify leads effectively, comfortable with live call transfers, and basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
